What are e-Tickets

e-Tickets can be ordered securely on our website, you will instantly receive an email containing your e-Ticket once completing your order.

When attending the event, please print off your e-Ticket or take a copy of it on your phone along with some form of identification, and ask for the 3b tickets e-Ticket list.

Should I have received my ticket by now?

e-Tickets – are sent immediately after completing your order. If you lose your e-Ticket just get in touch and we’ll resend it for you 0151 3537027 or info@3btickets.com

Postal order – If you’ve placed a postal order for ticket(s), you will be able to check if your order has been dispatched when you login. If it still says processing – that means your order has not yet been shipped. Once your postal order has been sent you will receive a dispatched notification email. Remember, we often do not send postal orders for tickets until 1-2 weeks before the event. The latest you will receive your posted tickets is 1 day before the event. 

How are paper tickets sent and when will I receive mine?

Paper tickets are posted first class signed for delivery. If no one is at home at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave you a card to collect your tickets at the nearest post office.

Paper tickets are often sent 1-2 weeks before the event (if you have ordered them well in advance), and then up to 5 days prior to the event date (if you order them after this period). It is your responsibility to order tickets in plenty of time to allow for delivery, especially if you are travelling to an event.

What is the booking fee?

Booking fees cover 3B Tickets running costs which includes card processing fees, admin, customer services and web development.

We keep our fees to a minimum so you can pay as little as possible to attend your favourite events.

Can I still order e-Tickets without a printer?

You can still order e-Tickets if you don’t have a printer.
All you need is a copy of your e-Ticket that has been emailed to you, maybe on your phone if you have email access, along with some form of ID.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed, as agreed in the Terms and Conditions upon purchase. These are the rules set by our event promoters.

If the event you have purchased tickets for has been cancelled you will be refunded the face value of the ticket, within 7 days of being notified (where 3b hold the ticket funds)

In the case where a refund is due and 3b do not hold the ticket funds, the responsibility and liability for issuing refunds lies with the event promoter.

Booking fees, card fees and any other admin charges are non-refundable.

They turned me away on the door, can I get a refund?

Event organisers and their security reserve the right to refuse entry for health and safety or any other reason they feel is reasonable (such as drunkenness or inappropriate attire).

In this case the organisers are liable to refund you the face value of your tickets there and then if you haven’t already entered the event. Please contact the venue or promoter should you have any queries regarding an entry refusal.

My card is declining?

If your card is being declined when you’re trying to buy a ticket then please check you have entered the card details correctly, such as card number, expiry date and security code.

If you are still having problems please give your bank a call as a decline usually indicates there is an issue with your bank card or that the 3D secure needs resetting.

Tickets are saying sold out, will there be any more?

The best thing to do is keep an eye on the promoter’s website or social media pages as they will be keeping you all updated on the status of tickets. As a third party we have no control over matters like this.

Why do i have to put my password in ‘Verified By Visa/Mastercard’ when buying tickets?

It is a Visa/Mastercard online verification form as a way to deter fraudsters and prevent online fraud. It is a security feature now implemented by most banks.

Verified by Visa gives you extra protection and peace of mind when you are shopping online. Verified by Visa not only protects your card against unauthorized use, it also means you have the confidence that when you are buying from us we have made your security our priority.

If you’re having trouble with this when ordering or you’re unsure of your password then give your bank provider a quick call and they can reset this for you.

Postal order returned to sender?

You will be notified by email when you’re postal ticket order has been dispatched.

If your tickets have been returned to sender (us). This might be because the address is incorrect, or you were unable to sign for the items and then failed to collect them from your local delivery office in time. They will then be returned to us.

Unfortunately we cannot give refunds if your tickets are returned as undelivered to us.

The opening hours are 10am – 5:30pm, Monday – Saturday.
